- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship to the United States only.
- To our international friends, we are working on how we can best ship to you in a way that is financially friendly to our company and you. Please be patient with us.

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, or high order volumes.
- If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you promptly.

- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.
- Shipping Rates:
- Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the destination. The rates will be calculated at checkout. We worked hard to get you the best rate possible.
- Free Shipping and Local Delivery:
- We offer free shipping on a promotional basis and will notify our customers when that occurs or you will be surprised at checkout (who doesn't love a surprise). If you are local to New Bern we will deliver your products to you.
- Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If your order is damaged during shipping or if there are any shipping-related issues, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging for prompt assistance. Please note: Depending on the inventory at the time of shipping-related issues, it could take up to 14 days for us to replace your product. Often we are at the mercy of our vendors.
